Ensō Blended Japanese Whisky

Ensō Blended Japanese Whisky is a blended whisky composed of malt and grain components from undisclosed distilleries. The components are married and blended at Kiyokawa in Kanagawa Prefecture. It is distilled using traditional copper pot stills and matured in white American oak ex-bourbon barrels, with some expressions receiving additional maturation in Japanese Mizunara oak. Bottled at 40% ABV, it is chill-filtered with caramel color added. The profile features floral, caramel, vanilla, and light fruit notes.
