Ballantines 7 American Barrel Whisky

Ballantine's 7 American Barrel Blended Scotch Whisky is produced by George Ballantine & Son Ltd. under Pernod Ricard, composed of a blend of multiple single malt and single grain whiskies. Dominated by signature Chivas Brothers single malts, primarily Glenburgie, Miltonduff, Glentauchers, and Tormore, with core grain whisky distilled at Strathclyde Distillery. Every component whisky in the blend is legally aged in oak for at least 7 years prior to finishing. Initial long-term aging in traditional European and American oak casks, followed by a selective final finish in fresh ex-Bourbon barrels sourced from the USA. Contains demineralised water, malt and grain distillates, and a small trace of E150a plain caramel colorant. Bottled at 40.0% ABV (80 Proof) in 750ml size. Bottled in dark amber/brown tinted anti-UV glass with classic rectangular profile and sharp shoulders.
