The oldest and most historic brand produced by Brasserie du Bocq, a renowned family brewery established in 1858 in Yvoir-Purnode, Belgium. First introduced shortly after World War I, the line pays homage to the region's ancient Gallo-Roman roots. Top-fermented with active secondary bottle refermentation, delivered unfiltered and naturally carbonated via live yeast conditioning inside the bottle. Sourced entirely from pure natural underground well water at the Purnode brewery. Brewed in accordance with classic Belgian top-fermentation methods utilizing specialized candi sugars and specific top-fermenting yeast strains. Bottled at 6.3% ABV in 330ml size. Features bright gold appearance. 30 IBU.
