Sula Dindori Reserve Shiraz is a red wine produced by Sula Vineyards from the single estate Dindori region in Nashik Valley, India. It is crafted from 90% Shiraz and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine undergoes cold-soaking, temperature-controlled fermentation, and 10 to 12 months of American oak barrel aging. It is presented at 13.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features dark cherry, blackberry, vanilla, clove, and cocoa.
