Allan Scott Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is a globally acclaimed New Zealand white wine produced by Allan Scott Family Winemakers in the Wairau Valley, crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Night-harvested grapes are machine-pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to lock in volatile aromas without oak aging. The wine is presented at 12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features pink grapefruit, gooseberry, passion fruit, mango, guava, papaya, lime zest, lemongrass, tarragon, chervil, white pepper, crisp lime, green mango, pineapple, and wet stone minerality.
