For Caribbean Cask, Stewart seasons American oak with a bespoke blend of West Indian rums before replacing the rum with 14‑year Balvenie to create its tropical sweetness. The expression marries Balvenie’s honeyed house style with layered toffee and fruit from the rum‑seasoned casks, yielding a warm, lingering profile.
