Indian single malt whisky produced from 75% unpeated Indian six-row barley (Himalayan foothills) and 25% peated Scottish two-row barley. Each barley type mashed, fermented, and distilled separately in copper pot stills. Aged independently in new American oak and ex-bourbon barrels, then vatted in ex-bourbon casks for 6-9 months. Non-chill filtered, no caramel coloring. NAS (No Age Statement; tropical aging at 3,000 ft altitude with 10-12% annual angel’s share). Bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof). Available in 700 mL and 750 mL sizes. Rich golden amber appearance. Profile includes barley sugar, vanilla, citrus spices, soft peaty smoke, chocolate fudge, creamy malt, fresh fruit, coffee, toasted oak, spiced orange marmalade, oak char, and black pepper.
