Paul John Bold Indian Single Malt Whisky

A heavily peated Indian single malt whisky distilled from 100% Indian six-row barley sourced from the Himalayas. The barley is imported to Scotland, smoked using authentic Scottish Islay peat (30 to 35 PPM), and shipped back to Goa for mashing and distillation. It is matured for 3 to 5 years exclusively in charred, first-fill American white oak ex-bourbon barrels under Goa's tropical climate, which accelerates wood extraction and causes an annual evaporation rate of 12% to 13%. It is non-chill filtered with 100% natural color and bottled at 46% ABV. The whisky presents a brilliant, shimmering liquid gold color.
