Aged for a minimum of 10 years exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels; bottled at 40-43% ABV depending on regional market; distilled from peated barley with phenol levels of approximately 40-45 ppm; a portion of barley is malted on-site and dried over Islay peat.
