Ron Zacapa Centenario 23 Solera is an ultra-premium Guatemalan rum distilled from the "virgin honey" of first-press sugar cane, yielding a naturally sweeter and smoother profile. It is aged using the Sistema Solera fractional blending method, with a curated blend of rums aged between 6 and 23 years, at 2,300 meters above sea level. It is matured in ex-American whiskey, delicate Sherries, and Pedro Ximénez wine casks, bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle with a dark mahogany profile.
