Tasting Notes

In my tastings, the extended aging shines through a velvety texture:

• Aroma: Warm notes of cooked agave, vanilla, butter, and toasted oak.​

• Palate: Smooth and sweet with flavors of buttery toffee, ginger biscuit, roasted agave, and mild spice.​

• Finish: Long, creamy, and warm with lingering spice and beeswax.​
