The brand’s name is inspired by the Hindi word “doaab,” meaning “land between two rivers,” symbolizing a blend of diverse influences. Launched to redefine the perception of Indian whisky, Doaab quickly gained international acclaim by winning “India Whisky of the Year 2025” at the Berlin International Spirits Competition, along with silver at the International Spirits Challenge 2025 in London.
