Corralejo Blanco is a premium unaged silver tequila crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave sourced from estate-grown fields in Guanajuato’s volcanic highlands. The production employs traditional methods including slow-roasting in clay ovens, natural yeast fermentation, and double distillation in copper pot stills. The spirit is bottled fresh following distillation and natural filtration without aging in barrels, preserving the vibrant essence and purity of the agave, delivering a crisp, clean tequila that showcases raw agave character with citrus brightness and herbal undertones.​

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Fresh, raw agave with intense citrus (lemon, lime), herbal grassiness, light floral notes, peppery undertones, subtle mint, green tea notes, white pepper complexity.​

Palate: A harmonious fusion of raw and cooked agave notes balanced perfectly with fresh citrus, herbaceous qualities, white pepper, lemon peel tartness, honey sweetness, and vegetal undertones. Crisp and clean on entry with a silky, light-to-medium texture, vibrant and refreshing without harsh edges.​

Finish: Long, silky, clean, and fresh with lingering citrus brightness. Slightly spicy pepper notes persist with subtle agave sweetness and herbaceous complexity, creating a refreshing and light conclusion.​
