Product Story & Guide
A limited-edition ultra-premium sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay (Blanc de Blancs style), sourced from the Motewadi vineyard. It is crafted using the Traditional Method (Méthode Traditionnelle), with the base wine fermented in French oak barrels, followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle and 24 months of aging on lees before disgorgement. It is bottled at 12.5% to 13.5% ABV and presents a deep, intense yellow to borderline medium gold color with a persistent, lively mousse of fine bubbles. Named in honor of 1947, the year of India's independence.
