Redbreast 12 Year Old

A single pot still Irish whiskey produced from a mash bill of both malted and unmalted Irish barley; triple-distilled in traditional copper pot stills; aged for a minimum of 12 years in a combination of American oak ex-bourbon barrels and Spanish oak Oloroso sherry butts; bottled at 40% ABV in 700ml and 750ml sizes; deep warm amber with heavy golden hues.
