Produced with pure iron-free limestone-filtered spring water and proprietary Beam family yeast strain used continuously since 1933. Flavor profile characterized by sweet vanilla, fresh corn, cut hay, toasted oak, caramel, brown sugar, crème anglaise, and black pepper.
