Amrut Fusion Indian Single Malt Whisky

A single malt whisky produced from a fusion of two malted barleys: 75% unpeated Indian six-row barley from the Himalayan foothills and 25% heavily peated Scottish barley from Aberdeenshire; the two styles are distilled separately in traditional copper pot stills, aged individually in new oak and ex-bourbon casks for approximately 4-5 years, then married for an additional 3 months in ex-bourbon barrels; non-chill filtered; bottled at 50% ABV in 700ml and 750ml sizes; deep gold appearance.
