A white rum produced from column-distilled Caribbean sugarcane molasses; five-times distilled; tropically aged for up to one year in white oak barrels; triple charcoal-filtered post-maturation to remove color; bottled at 40% ABV (varies between 37.5% and 40% in select European markets).
