A Japanese craft gin produced using multiple specialized pot stills, including vacuum distillation for delicate florals and traditional copper pots for spices; contains 14 botanicals: six Japanese seasonal ingredients (sakura flower, sakura leaf, sencha tea, gyokuro tea, sansho pepper, yuzu peel) layered over eight traditional gin botanicals (juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, angelica seed, cardamom, cinnamon, bitter orange peel, lemon peel); bottled at 43% ABV in 70cl and 1L sizes; crystal clear appearance; hexagonal embossed bottle.
