An ultra-premium dry gin produced from a molasses-based neutral spirit using traditional copper pot stills combined with vapor-infusion baskets; contains 47 handpicked botanicals including Black Forest lingonberries, spruce shoots, elderflower, lavender, hibiscus, chamomile, grains of paradise, cardamom, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, pimento, and citrus peels (lemon, lime, pomelo, bitter orange); post-distillation matured for three months in earthenware clay containers; diluted with soft local spring water; bottled at 47% ABV in 50cl and 100cl sizes; crystal clear appearance; brown apothecary-style bottle.
