An Italian flavored gin produced using vacuum distillation in stainless-steel stills; Sicilian pink grapefruit peels and Italian rhubarb are macerated in neutral grain spirit with Italian juniper for 36 hours before redistillation with Italian juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, lemon peel, and sweet orange peel; bottled at 41% ABV in 700ml and 750ml sizes; soft translucent pink hue from grapefruit and rhubarb maceration.
