A contemporary gin produced via traditional copper pot stills with a 24-hour cold maceration (steeping) of botanicals prior to distillation; ABV 40%; crafted with 11 botanicals: blueberries, blackberries, Valencian orange peel, Spanish lemon peel, Tuscan juniper berries, Bulgarian coriander seeds, cassia bark, liquorice root, angelica root, ground almonds, and orris root.
