An AOC VSOP Cognac produced from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes; double-distilled in traditional copper pot stills using clear wines only (100% of lees removed); assembled from eaux-de-vie aged minimum 4 years (average blend includes significantly older components); matured in seasoned "Red Barrel" Tronçais French oak casks previously used for 2-8 years; 40% ABV (80 proof), available in 700 ml, 1 liter, and other sizes. Flavor profile characterized by mirabelle plum, greengage, apricot, vine peach, vanilla fudge, gingerbread, honeymoon peach, candied orange peel, toasted almonds, light liquorice, and sweet baking spices.
