An AOC Cognac produced from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes; double-distilled in traditional Charentais copper pot stills using clear wines only (100% of lees removed, no yeast sediment); blended from a single distillation source; aged minimum 2 years in fine-grained French oak barrels; 40% ABV (80 proof). Flavor profile characterized by ripe plum, yellow apricot, candied lemon zest, vanilla fudge, caramel, fresh grapes, dried apricot, cinnamon, nutmeg, toasted walnuts, and candied fruit skins.
