Hennessy VSOP Privilège Cognac

An AOC VSOP Cognac produced from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes; double-distilled in traditional Charentais copper pot stills; assembled from up to 60 eaux-de-vie aged between 4 and 15 years; matured in hand-selected seasoned French Limousin oak barrels; 40% ABV (80 proof). Flavor profile characterized by vanilla pod, clove, cinnamon, apricot, peach, brown sugar, fresh grapes, candied orange peel, raisins, toasted oak, vanilla cream, gingerbread, honeyed oak, and licorice.
