An AOC Cognac produced predominantly from Ugni Blanc grapes sourced from Fins Bois, Bon Bois, and Petite Champagne crus; double-distilled in traditional copper alembic pot stills (Bon Bois and Fins Bois distilled without lees, Petite Champagne with lees); aged exclusively in fine-grained French Limousin oak barrels for 3 to 7 years; 40% ABV (80 proof). Flavor profile characterized by spring blossoms, apple, pear, grapefruit zest, caramelized brown sugar, vanilla, and light baking spices.
