A non-vintage rosé cuvée composed of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay; crafted via the traditional blending method (rosé d'assemblage) with 18–19% still red Pinot Noir wine added to the white base; includes 20–25% reserve wines; fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks; 100% full malolactic fermentation; aged on lees for 24–36 months in historic Gallo-Roman chalk crayères; dosage approximately 8 g/L (Brut); ABV 12.5%; bottle size 750 mL; packaged in clear glass bottle with molded cellulose protective casing.
