A vintage prestige cuvée composed of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay, all estate-grown from Grand Cru vineyards; Pinot Noir sourced exclusively from south-facing, chalk-heavy old-vine massal selection plots in Aÿ, Chardonnay from Avize and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger; produced using a proprietary cold maceration and infusion process where cold Chardonnay juice is poured directly into macerating Pinot Noir skins for simultaneous fermentation; 15–20% of the blend vinified and matured in large oak tuns; no malolactic fermentation; aged on lees for 6–7 years, followed by 8 months post-disgorgement; dosage 7–8 g/L; ABV 12%; bottle size 750 mL (standard).
