An AOC non-vintage brut rosé Champagne assembled from approximately 52-53% Pinot Noir, 32-34% Chardonnay, and 14-15% Pinot Meunier; includes 6-7% still red wine from Pinot Noir (Bouzy, Les Riceys) and Meunier (Vallée de la Marne); reserve wines account for 30-40% of final blend, including exclusively rosé reserve wines; predominantly non-malolactic fermentation (majority of base wines retain natural malic acid), blended with a small proportion of MLF wines; aged on lees for minimum 36-48 months (3-4 years) plus 6 months post-disgorgement; dosage 8 grams per liter (Brut); 12.5% ABV. Labeled with Création number (e.g., 67) indicating sequential blend recreations since first Lanson Rosé in 1952.
