It is crafted using a high proportion of quality grain whiskies with selected single malts, historically anchored by distilleries like Dalwhinnie, Glendullan, and Convalmore, to deliver a light, fresh profile. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle with a pale gold, bright straw colour.
