Bombay Sapphire is a globally renowned premium gin launched in 1986 by Bacardi, instantly recognizable by its iconic sapphire-blue glass bottle. It utilizes a delicate Vapour Infusion process using unique Carter-Head stills, where neutral grain spirit vapours pass through perforated copper baskets containing 10 exotic botanicals including Florentine juniper, Moroccan coriander, Spanish lemon peel, grains of paradise, cassia bark, cubeb berries, orris root, angelica root, liquorice, and almonds. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
