Rampur Asava is made from 100% Indian barley and is distilled using traditional copper pot stills. It is non-chill filtered to preserve its natural flavor profile. The whisky is aged in the foothills of the Himalayas, where the cool, high-altitude climate enhances the maturation process. The unique cask maturation imparts a smooth, velvety mouthfeel and complex flavor profile, making it a standout in the world of Indian single malts.

Tasting Notes

• Aroma: A rich blend of tropical fruits like mango and apricot, complemented by notes of blackberry, plum, and honeysuckle. A faint hint of tobacco and baking spices adds depth.

• Palate: Velvety and smooth with a manuka honey sweetness, highlighted by spicy oak, vanilla, and a characteristic dryness from the Indian red wine casks.

• Finish: A tantalizingly long and generous finish, with lingering notes of caramel, dark fruits, and tobacco.
