Product Description
Clase Azul Reposado is an ultra-premium reposado tequila crafted from 100% organic Tequilana Weber Blue Agave harvested from Los Altos de Jalisco’s volcanic highlands. The production process involves slow-cooking agave in traditional brick ovens for minimum 72 hours, fermentation with proprietary yeast, double distillation, and eight months aging in hand-selected American oak barrels. Each bottle arrives in a signature handcrafted, hand-painted Talavera ceramic decanter created by Mexican artisans, making each expression a collectible artwork and cultural statement.

Brand Heritage
Arturo Lomeli founded Clase Azul in 1997 at age 23 as a bar owner in Guadalajara, driven by a vision to create premium tequila honoring Mexican heritage. Initially challenged with market penetration, Lomeli pursued marketing studies, realizing presentation mattered as much as quality. He reimagined the brand around iconic hand-painted ceramic bottles, launching the reposado expression in 2000, which rapidly gained global recognition for superior craftsmanship and cultural authenticity.
