Aged twice the regulatory minimum with reserve wines held 7-15 years in magnums, it showcases Bollinger’s hallmark depth, structure, and consistency year after year.

Tasting Notes:
Aroma: Golden color with fine, velvety bubbles. Ripe fruit aromas, roasted apples, apple compote, peaches, spicy undertones, white flowers, citrus, and subtle toast notes.
Palate: Subtle combination of structure, length, and vivacity; pear, brioche, spicy aromas, fresh walnut notes, buttery richness, and creamy texture.
