This blend is matured at least seven years, then finished in American bourbon barrels to layer caramel sweetness and creamy vanilla over the classic Ballantine’s profile; it is bottled at 40% ABV and intended to bridge Scotch and bourbon styles. The result is a smooth, versatile whisky suited to sipping neat or in highballs and classic cocktails.

Tasting notes

• Nose: Caramelized apple and vanilla with toasted oak, honey, and a hint of coconut.

• Palate: Creamy toffee and oak with soft spice, orchard fruits, and gentle bourbon sweetness; buttery, malty character develops with cinnamon and all-spice.

• Finish: Medium, warming, with lingering oak, mild sweetness, peppery spice, and a biscuit-like malt note.
