A Speyside single malt initially aged in traditional oak casks for mellow depth, then finished in carefully selected 30-year-old tawny port pipes to impart rich fruit and nutty sweetness, resulting in a refined, indulgent dram with balanced elegance, ideal for neat sipping after dinner or with a splash of water to reveal layers. Non-chill filtered for natural oils, it offers a shimmering amber hue and creamy texture, showcasing the distillery’s mastery in harmonizing sherry-like influences from port without overpowering the core malt.​

Tasting notes

• Aroma: Fruity ripe raisins, white peach, sultanas, macadamia nuts, subtle balsamic, cola cubes, and a faint puff of smoke with honeyed undertones.​

• Palate: Creamy and silky with red fruits, cranberries, cooked raspberries, white grape juice, honey, spice, cherries, and gentle barley sweetness.​

• Finish: Long, gentle, and nutty with lingering cocoa, slight bitterness, toasted notes, and a smooth, warming fade.​
