Product Description
Clase Azul Plata is an ultra-premium unaged silver tequila crafted entirely from 100% organic Tequilana Weber Blue Agave sourced from Los Altos de Jalisco’s volcanic highlands. The spirit undergoes 72-hour slow-cooking in traditional brick masonry ovens, artisan milling, proprietary yeast fermentation, double distillation in copper pot stills, and a meticulous 5-step polishing filtration process. Each bottle is presented in a hand-painted Talavera ceramic decanter crafted by Mexican artisans, making every expression a collectible artwork.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Fresh citrus peel (orange, lemon), green apple, lemongrass, mint, subtle hints of vanilla, green tea, and white pepper. Soft herbal undertones with cooked agave warmth.
Palate: Light to medium-bodied with silky, smooth texture. Pure agave flavor dominates, joined by Meyer lemon zestiness, fresh mint, green guava undertones, subtle floral notes, and gentle sweetness. Clean and crisp profile without sharp edges.
Finish: Long, clean, and silky with lingering citrus brightness and peppery notes. Subtle sweetness persists with herbal undertones, creating a refreshing and refined conclusion.

Description
Brand Heritage
Clase Azul emerged in 1997 when founder Arturo Lomeli, a 23-year-old bar owner in Guadalajara, established the brand to create a premium tequila celebrating authentic Mexican culture. Starting from Santa María Canchesda, the brand evolved from its initial “Tequila La Pinta” iteration to become a global luxury symbol. In 2007, Clase Azul deepened its cultural commitment by creating Tradición Mazahua, a dedicated ceramic workshop where over 80% of artisans are women from impoverished backgrounds, receiving childcare, education, and meals.
