A non-vintage flagship cuvée composed of 40–49% Pinot Noir, approximately 40% Chardonnay, and 11–15% Pinot Meunier; includes 20–30% reserve wines from the two preceding vintages; fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks; 100% full malolactic fermentation; aged on lees for 24–36 months in historic Gallo-Roman chalk crayères; dosage 7 g/L (Brut); ABV 12–12.5%; bottle size 750 mL; packaged in clear glass bottle with molded cellulose protective casing
