A non-vintage rosé cuvée composed of 40–50% Pinot Noir, 30–40% Pinot Meunier, and 10–20% Chardonnay; crafted by adding 10% still red Pinot Noir wine to the white base blend before secondary fermentation; includes 20–30% reserve wines; fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks; 100% full malolactic fermentation; aged on lees for 21 months; rested for a minimum of 3 months post-disgorgement; dosage 7–9 g/L; ABV 12%; bottle size 750 mL.
