A non-vintage brut rosé Champagne produced from 100% Pinot Noir using the saignée (skin-contact maceration) method; grapes macerate on skins for 24-72 hours in stainless steel tanks to extract color, tannins, and aromas before pressing; reserve wines account for 15% of blend; aged on lees for minimum 4-5 years (48-60 months) for 750ml bottles, up to 6 years for magnums; dosage 8-9 grams per liter (Brut); 12% ABV.
