The gin starts with the classic Greater Than London Dry Gin, which is made with a blend of botanicals, including juniper, coriander seeds, lemon peel, fennel, and ginger. It then undergoes a unique aging process where toasted chips from Kashmir willow cricket bats are used to impart distinct woody flavors. This innovative technique results in a full-bodied gin that stands apart from traditional London Dry gins.
